Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. These rights, as mandated by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, remain unaffected and are superior to any policies we implement. If our return policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.

 

Conditions for Return:

 

  1. The item must be in its original condition, unused and no visible damage.
  2. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  3. Certain items, such as per personalized items, and digital downloads, are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and where to send it.

 

Refund Process:

 

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

 

Exchanges:

 

  1. If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer service team, and they will assist you with the exchange process.

 

Return Shipping:

 

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

 

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to replace the item as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.
  2. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

The stock items are dispatched usually within 1-2 working days.

Shipping on customized and made to order items varies depending on the complexity of the customization or the length of the development cycle for creating new product. 

International Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

We do not ship to countries that are currently under sanctions by the United Nations, the United States government, or any other applicable regulatory body. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is not located in any sanctioned country. If an order is placed with a shipping address in a sanctioned country, it will be canceled, and any payment made will be refunded.

Flat rate of £15 for all international shipping.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or other fees levied by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the total price displayed at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to placing an order. Failure to pay import duties and taxes may result in delays or refusal of entry of the shipment into your country. We are not responsible for any such delays or refusals.
